I don't remember where I found this recipe but I have it memorized at this point because I make it all the time.

1 + 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, sifted

2 tbsp white sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 + 1/4 cups water

1 tbsp + 1 tsp canola oil

mix the wet ingredients and the dry ingredients seperately. Combine the two mixtures until just barely combined, batter should be very lumpy. Cook in 1/2 cup increments on a mid-low heat on a griddle or pan with a tbsp or so of margarine with each knew cake. it takes a few fuck ups to find out exactly what works for you. I like mine with syrup and hashbrowns and fresh fruit, who wouldnt?

Thanks so much for the recipe. Trying this now. Have done once following the intruction from the Vegan recipe app on apknite. You can use the soymilk instead of water tho.
