Reading a lot about feminism lately, I hope I can apply some of it in my life.

That's awesome. I find that anytime I can study feminist literature on my own, it takes the burden of education off of others around me, especially the victims of patriarchy. The authors have been kind enough to put the information in accessible formats for a caring society to perform call ins from. Call ins are gifts to everyone, ourselves especially. :)

Not books, zines. I had a big bundle of a lot of them so I don't know the exact names. If you want I can share them with you tonight.

For fellow athletes. This article goes into detail about different ways to modify your practice to avoid injuries and prehab exercises I havent actually seen like hanging wrist distractions. Hope someone else finds this useful!
