Short summary of the changelog

0.2a was all about making Konsent more manageable on the back-end, and beefing up the security. We've cleaned up considerably, fixed bugs and added some minor features here and there.

I'll buy a domain for Konsent soon (once i have enough to spare), so the current test site will go offline soon, and will be removed from the sidebar. This also means we'll get SSL/TLS (HTTPS) encryption, a real domain name and a fast and reliable home instead of a messy test-site.
