I am a gender normative man and use the single use women's when the men's is occupied. If you don't bring it up with staff it's not an issue, in and out. I see women doing the opposite all the time as well. The solution here is single occupancy, it's really no problem this way. Unfortunately businesses will drag their feet because it's inconvenient or costly to remodel.
