I have celiac disease and I've been glutened by multiple food items labeled "gluten free."

I spent months trying to track down the testing policies of Mission Foods corn tortillas because they've got big ol' gluten-free labels ever since the US FDA's shitty new GF labeling guidelines went into effect. It turns out that they only test their tortillas for gluten contamination once every three months, and they only test one batch of a final product. They wouldn't tell me what method they use to test for gluten, either, or share any of their lab results. (Not that one test every 3 months would provide much data.)

Fucking capitalism.

Don't drink gluten free water. They put dihydrogen monoxide in it.

Studies show that people who inhale dihydrogen monoxide will instantly have a coughing fit, and if you inhale it for too long, you die. Why do they think it's okay to put this stuff in the water supply??
