Only weed and coffee. Gave up drinking in my early twenties, horrible drug. Gave up smoking in my mid thirties, another horrible drug.

I recently quit smoking weed after I realized that I was not in control of my (ab)use.

Former (cig) smoker

I usually have a beer or a glass of wine with dinner.

Yes, yes and yes. I can't really function very well without them.

Nothing, unless you count caffeine (and I moderate that carefully).

I drink, and though I haven't in a while, I do psychedelics a couple times a year.

Not really anything else unless the model opportunity to do it arises.

I just drink coffee and tea. Never smoked, I might drink once or twice a year but never get drunk (acid reflux makes alcohol pretty rough on my throat and I find drunkenness unpleasant).

Apart from perhaps a mug of black tea in the evenings and the occasional ibuprofen, never.

Nope, huge waste of money to capitalist wine, tobacco, ... producers for nothing but some temporary surges of dopamine in your brain.

Technically not true at all, the only drugs I know of that do nothing but cause dopamine surges are opioids.

I use to smoke a little bit but I gave it up after my father passed away. I still drink but only in moderation. I feel like alcohol is a substance I could easy start to abuse so I try not to. As for illegal, yeah. I take psychedelics occasionally.
