You may have seen my posts from time to time. If you haven’t, the information in question is that I consider myself a trans man. I suppose you could say I am sympathetic to anti-civilization arguments. I realized this while reading “Walden” by Thoreau. The way he described it, self-sufficiency, living in touch with nature, the whole hippie-esque thing, really affected me.

The concern that stops me is this: as a trans person, who not only wants HRT, but top and bottom surgery, what place do I have in anti-civilization arguments? I need civilization to be a happy human being. I know there are many people who don’t get surgery, but I fear I’m one of those people for whom it is desperately needed. If not, well, let’s just say, I’ll be one of the first casualties of no civilization, and it’s not because of anyone’s descision but mine.

In short, how can I as a trans man, be happy and live under no civilization, without hormones or medical modifications to my body? Would these be allowed as an exception? What role do trans people play in a place of no civilization?

You're assuming having no civilization will be a choice we make. Civilization is ending itself, because it has led to unmitigated disaster. Asking anarchists what surgical procedures will be 'allowed' in a rewilded society isn't logical because we don't have any power to dictate these things.
